What time should we arrive?
We kindly ask guests to arrive from 1:00pm for welcome drinks and to settle in before the celebrations begin.
Our ceremony will start promptly at 2:00pm, so please ensure you are seated by 1:45pm. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy a drink, find your place, and get ready for the magic to start.

What is the Dress Code?
Our celebration will be Black Tie encouraged. Gentlemen, we would love to see you in tuxedos.
Ladies, summer full-length dresses are perfect for the occasion. While you’re welcome to wear black if you wish, there’s no need to stick to black gowns—please feel free to embrace soft summer tones and elegant colours that suit the season.
Are children invited?
Although we absolutely love you and your little ones, our wedding will be an adult-only celebration, so you can relax and enjoy a much-deserved night off.
We will have a few children who are close family members and part of the wedding party joining us for a portion of the day, but due to limited numbers, we’re unable to extend this to all guests. Thank you so much for understanding.
Can I bring a plus one?
We kindly ask that all guests attending the day are those personally confirmed by the bride and groom, as we are following a strict guest number limit
for the ceremony and wedding breakfast.
We do, however, have additional evening guests joining the celebrations from 7:00pm
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
We’re hoping to be blessed with beautiful summer sunshine. The celebrations will take place across both the stunning outdoor grounds and inside the lodge,

Is there parking or transport available?
Yes, Limekiln offers ample on-site parking for our guests. Cars may be left overnight, however we kindly ask that they are collected by 10am the following morning.
If you are arriving by Car or taxi, please follow directions to the LIMEKILN address. You will travel down a gravelled lane towards a blue gate, then continue along the drive until you reach the lodge nestled within the grounds.
For those arriving by train, the nearest stations are Eridge, Jarvis Brook, and Tunbridge Wells.
What time does the evening reception start?
We’re very much looking forward to welcoming our evening guests.
The evening reception will begin from 7:00pm onwards, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you into the night.
Can we take photos during the ceremony?
We’re keeping the ceremony unplugged so our photographers can work their magic — and so everyone can be fully in the moment with us.
But once we’ve said “I do,” please feel free to Capture all the fun throughout the day and don’t forget to tag your photos with #ardleywedding — we can’t wait to see everything through your eyes!

Who can we contact with questions?
Before the wedding day, please feel free to reach out to Hannah or Sean with any questions — we’re more than happy to help.
On the day itself, we may be a little busy tying the knot, so if you need anything, please contact our Maid of Honour, Ellie, or one of the Best Men, Jay, who will be more than happy to assist.
